That sucks. I know exactly what it's like to go from obese, depressed, and pessimistic as fuck to lean, jacked, capable, and content with life.

Josh and I would not be friends in real life but I love the Farms so much I want him to get to a similar point in his life. It's worth everything it costs. It needs to be seen firsthand to truly understand it, though.

In most people's weight-loss journeys (including my own), it's very common to hit a 'plateau' or have progress slow down, especially if you had a lot of weight to lose from the beginning. Josh could have been going from losing 2lbs per week to only 1lb or less per week, which is why he's not mentioned it much.

It's easy to get depressed or worried when this happens but it's totally normal. As long as you stick to your diet you'll keep losing the weight.

To anyone who is struggling with weight loss, I believe in you king (or queen). You can do it!

Too late for this year but you might be interested in doing a person stream on John Adams.

He turned away a lot of fiscally sound opportunities to do what he believed in which ended up being rebellion against the Crown.

He also dealt with being criticized and slandered by allies and former friends but rarely if ever let that steer his political decision-making.

Also he and Thomas Jefferson both died on the 50th anniversary the revolution.
