You're totally correct on the matter. Most people think that the yellows lacking humanity towards animals are the chinks, viets, and other disgusting ethnicities, but it's actually all of them.
I live in Japan, I really like the Japanese people (except the pure Yayoi) and I don't have many grave things to say about them, but ONE thing I really hate and cannot forgive them for is that they do not see animals as sentient, sensible creatures. Even the Catholic church says that animals have sensible souls while humans have rational souls.

The sad reality is that no matter how much a Japanese lady here is a nice lady and all, her animals are either tools or accessories. The Japanese like their animals very much, don't get me wrong, they would cry if you kill their pets, but they like their animals the same way they like their brand shoes, $2000 iphone or new car. It has a purpose for the owner. It has no value in itself, it only has value in what it can give the owner. They would morn the usefulness they lost, not the life that has died.
They do not love animals. They have no philia nor agape for animals. Animals are not family, animals have a purpose (food, work, companionship, cuteness, fashion accessory, social tool, etc), and once that purpose can no longer be fulfilled, the animals is now valueless. They do not wish good for them.
They will drug dogs that want to go outside too often. They will force them to wear clothes that damage their fur and paws for fashion reasons. They will kill animals once they get old and have trouble not peeing more often.

If you want to be disgusted, go to a zoo in Asia. See how wild animals are kept in concrete 3x3m enclosures with nothing whatsoever to do except wait until they die of despair.
Love towards non-humans is a White-only trait.
