Not that it necessarily will hurt (or help) business, but that they know of that could hurt (or help) business. Any and all risk factors must be considered regardless of what actual level of risk they pose.

TBH, it changes little, except they admit the feedback was big and negative enough to likely influence new clients. Which goes against the general consensus that Kiwifarms is the devil and Clouflare does the good thing.
They also don't report every single thing in those, but the ones with noticeable possibilities, so the debacle was big enough negative pr for them.
Will they reinstate the site? When hell freezes over, and given the climate emergency we live in...
It's just nice schadenfreude, nothing more.
