Take it from someone with a jacked up back that's fairly young: Start stretching twice a day now and start to strengthen your core with planks, yoga, and bird dogs. Seriously, It's better to prevent it vs fighting to get back to somewhat normal.

I have to agree with the comment above. If you really are concerned about your back, stretching and core strengthening will actually be the solution. That ergonomic keyboard isn't going to do shit if you're muscles just aren't strong enough to support your body properly. I know no one wants to hear that the answer is excersie but in this instance it is.

On the /pol/ thing, I was in the Kyle trial threads and there was this one guy who would get extremely angry whenever Nick Rekieta was so much as mentioned in any remote way and the rage would magnify when he was talked about positively. At some point he used the exact wording 'a probate lawyer who's never been in a courtroom', which is word for word the same thing Ralph said in one of his spergouts about Rackets. He would argue the most retarded shit to justify it too, just off the top of my head

He would also go out of his way to spend every waking moment trying to snipe the OP just so he can remove the rekieta stream link. OP wars are probably one factor that motivated making the threads a sticky. Eventually I just started actively shilling the rackets streams constantly whenever I had the sense that he was present and he only gradually started holding his spaghetti in when it became clear to him that this wasn't going to stop. Other things that really seemed to push buttons were pictures of racket's face or the logo of his channel, which makes me more confident that this was genuine rage.

IMO there's three possible people this could have been
1. Ralph
2. A die-hard fan of Ralph who hangs on his every word, like Gator for instance
3. Nick Rekieta false-flagging as Ralph
Though that third scenario would only open up another question: If you're already spending time reading a thread, why try to bait people into shilling your channel and not just do it yourself?
A random troll who has no idea who either of those people are, would not have known to use those exact words. It must have been someone who at least watches Ralph's streams or MATI or Rekieta.
