Nah, friend, I'm a different type of Rain Man: I discovered Alphabet syndrome, a form of schizophrenia that is marked by coprolalia and carbonation grimace.

Schizophrenia causes reduced affect, which is better understood that the facial affect recedes in certain directions. I have meticulously mapped these recessions and their effects, including carbonation grimace, and I can only conclude that this woman is too symmetrical to be schizo.

I don't even want to speculate. I'm pretty sure there is no CONSTITUTIONAL right to bug-chase. And laws against deliberately giving someone AIDS do exist. Even in California, where they reduced deliberately infecting someone with HIV to a misdemeanor.

So maybe you have the right to get AIDS, because in Muttland we generally have the right to do anything not specifically prohibited by law, but it may be a crime for someone to give it to you deliberately. And it should be.

I'm not an expert but I can believe her being bipolar since I know psychosis can happen with poorly-managed bipolar. The hypersexuality also fits bipolar. It must be awful for her family especially to see her like this and be unable to do anything about her refusing to take her meds.

Say what you will about taxpayers providing her with an apartment/etc but her being on the street would be even worse (and she'd probably get even crazier).
