Those are contradictory statements. He's bipolar and schizo, the only practical treatment is medication. It can't be in reference to substance abuse as far as mandated treatment goes because hes neither a drug addict nor an alcoholic. He couldn't afford to be if he tried. Evaluation yes, but there is nothing to force an actual treatment for in that regard
a court could argue he has had such, and that it stands, which is why he is supposed to be on psych meds in the first place. a doctor didn't say he should stop being medicated, he did that himself. His mental health has clearly not improved since that time. Lets not forget that being on probation leads to many things the state can require of a person, in order to comply with it, especially when it comes to people like lucas.
Then he's a fool as jails have the legal authority to force prisoners to take their medication in WA, so he would be doing so one way or another. No way around it considering his behavior would otherwise get him injured or killed before very long. Thats already been decided by the state at least as early as 1990
'I wonder if he'd allow the best man at my wedding to bag an elk'
Well, we can add hunting laws and the requirement of having elk tags to the list of things lucas doesn't understand. I still don't understand why he would even want an elk in the first place, let alone why he'd use that as bait to help get him a woman. I mean really 'help me get a 16 year old zoomer bae to impregnate and i'll talk to my dad about letting you shoot an elk' doesn't exactly make for a good motivator for most people
