Well said. Let's also remember that he's gone out of his way to say that all the women he dated approached him, and I can perhaps imagine drunk Suzanne doing that, but not seven other women. She looks like someone who'd be perfect for someone like Lucas, and I'm sure he would've been perfect for her were it not for his mental illness. She dumped him when he had his violent public outburst, not because of his dopey character flaws, but because of his potentially dangerous ones.

Lucas ain't a bad looking guy, if he could take better care of himself he'd probably be handsome. If he could get his mental illness in check he would likely be the socially awkward guy who was never able to settle down young, so in his 30's he meets a single mother and becomes the cool step dad to her kids. But that's a lot of ifs, and as we all know it ain't in the cards for him.

He’s had times where he can pass for human, but I think he’s very unattractive. If he actually got in shape, not just lazily lost weight and went from fat, to a walking mound of saggy skin, he’d look better.
