Lucas doesn't understand the law, or legal system. He knows suing is a scary word and he's attempting to bully someone. When he himself didn't read youtube's TOS. Tosh first of all would have his employer CC back him in the case so those are deep pockets and second he's legally covered so no matter how many dollars Lucas threw at this he never would win.

It's Lucas version of a 12 year old screaming he's gonna get you banned for no scoping him at call of duty.
