100% sure he's either been looking at some very young looking OF's account or was talking about it etc. The funny part is him trying to say the universal reaction to women doing OF is positive. That's absolute horseshit. There are a lot of people who bang on endlessly about women doing OF and how it's destroying the world etc. Like, non stop (and often by the least interesting or worthwhile people imaginable especially considering the audience for sexual content is VASTLY made up by men). But like with many other things in Lucas' life, he's either completely unable to understand that seeing a few people call it "empowering" doesn't mean there isn't significant backlash (much like how says in some of his videos "we've gotten over racism so we should get over age gaos" etc...like pardon me? Racism is over now?). Also, as we all know, Lucas only cares about things that he perceives as impacting him, he doesn't care about anyone outside of his circle of one. He's not worried about how it impacts women, or about that guys are called creepy for consuming it.

Personally I don't care if women (or men) do OF, or if people consume it. We're all selling ourselves one way or another. Lucas is just, as usual, clutching at straws.
