Rogers Communications is the largest telecoms company in Canada. I've been chatting to someone who claims to work in the offices, and according to them, it's a WOKE nightmare .
I need to verify if this kind of stuff is actually happening at Rogers, how bad it is, and if this is enforced company wide or just at the offices.
1: You will get fired for not embracing 'diversity' enough
2: You will get fired for not openly encouraging alphabet soup behavior in co-workers
3: During weekly meetings, it's mandatory to openly share your 'inner secrets & struggles'
4: Self diagnosed mental disabilities are highly encouraged
5: Those with more 'issues' are given promotions before normal people - even if they are not fully qualified for the position
