Don't kid yourself

No Dong's got millions to burn. He's got no family, no kids, no hobbies aside from abusing his sexual pets and since he's a troon he won't live to see retirement age so thus nothing to save his funds for.

No this will be a long, dragged out conflict more so because for No Dong it's not even personal anymore. It's a full on vendetta. He doesn't just want the site shut down. He wants Josh in jail, he wants every Farmer ruined and running scared for fear of his justice. This is no retard we are dealing with but a committed, paranoid rapist freak who gets off on control and fear.

Not all is lost however. On our side we have numbers. No Dong is one man and he is fighting this war alone. He has accomplices but no allies and as the tide of society turns he will start to run out of them as well. While we...well we are legion. No Dong's biggest gripe is our reach and the Farms grows every day. More and more people are signing up and more and more people are sticking around after big events, seeing over 4K on daily now is a regular thing.

We also in it for the long haul as for us this is a battle of good vs evil and if more funding is needed something tells me we can go another round or two. We don't need millions, just enough to keep the war going for a little more.

In the end No Dong will lose, even if the Farms are shut down he will always be the loser, the broken branch, the failed son and the poor excuse for a human being. The older he gets the more this fact will come home to him and seep in. On the day he finally 41% himself a Farmer will be there to laugh at him and when he finally does get put into the ground a Farmer will be there to carve on his headstone YWNBAW

No Dong can't beat an idea, much much much better men then him have tried and all have failed.

Hes a seething and malding eunuch that lives in constant pain and is slowly going blind and dying. He has no children to carry on his legacy, or friends that care enough to remember him. His only reason to live at this point is to take down the kiwifarms. It is unironically what he intends to put on his grave IMO. No cost is too great for him.
 
I don't think he is correct. The way the DMCA works, is that first they strike the channel. Then the channel owner can contest and the video gets back. Then they have the option to sue or leave as is.
Of course the channel owner can sue if they prove malice or that damages were done. At least that's what I think.
