This is the strongest possibility, I feel. Jace and Tyce worked together to take the picture as part of a hilarious prank. Tyce, who still had the picture, decided that Jace's revelations on monday's stream warranted a revelation of his own and sent the pic to gamerfood. For a normal person that would be ridiculous. For Jace it's a pretty standard week.
