According to Lawyer Dong's motions, the Truemans were still squatting on the second floor of Landlord Jin at the time he filed several weeks ago.

We're still waiting for Judge Greenberg to make his ruling on the case. I have no idea what's taking so long.
 
I went to look at her publicly available information that she presents herself to the public to see if she's been livestreaming (but of course that means me and the other Chinese agents on this site are stalking her) to see if we could get a hint on rather they've moved. It's less about DA JEWS and more about Laur being an expert level grifter and societal leach. She's been pulling eviction grifts in Queens at least since Lily was born, a full twenty-five years, well before Laur decided she was a proud Jewish woman. She finally has prior evictions on record, which should result in forcible eviction this time.

Laur was so well-behaved for most of April; guess Earl's social security check came and she got a fresh box of Franzia.

The exhibits seem to be full screen prints of the last few pages of this thread - few of which contain any public court documents. But there's no point to this, except to flood the docket with schizo nonsense in an attempt to continue squatting at Landlord Jin's house.

Get a job, Laur, and tell your useless daughter to get one, too. Then you could pay your rent like a normal person and not have people laugh at you.
 
Hey, I made it in the screenshot. I hope I'm named as one of the 900+ John Does she tried to name in the case as well.

I will repeat this again: if a website is running on clearnet and offers the option to search someone's name it is my right to do so. There is no such thing as UNAUTHORIZED monitoring of said website. That's my right, sweet cheeks, and I will exercise it every single fucking day if I so choose.

The real question is does the monitoring of her court case upset her because she can't control what we, a bunch of random folks on a gossip website, have to say or because it makes it easier for the next (victim) landlord see what a liability she is to rent to? My guess is a little bit of option 1 and a little bit of option 2.

A little off topic but Laur really needs to invest some money on LJ's fake followers on Blue Sky. It's really sad to see her posting her website links just for LJ to be the only account to like the post 🙁

I'm sorry you don't like paying rent, and hope Vincent is able to get you all, finally, out of his house soon because living there for two years without paying your rent is stealing, Laur. You have stolen housing from this man for a very, very long time and he deserves to be made whole.

By virtue of the fact you have filed bankruptcy recently (again, all public information), and won't be able to file again anytime soon, we all hope you're going to be held responsible for the back rent. Last calculation (thank you, @multiverse) you still owe almost $70k. Vincent deserves that money. People on the internet have nothing to do with any of that. Pay this poor man what you owe him.
 
This landlord is far too nice. He should invite his fattest, slobbiest, most chain-smoking mucus-hawking male relative to come visit and stay in the apartment he owns. Squatters' rights don't protect them from other squatters.

She's still squatting at Landlord Jin's house. It's been a month since she requested that stay so this is probably just a desperate attempt to get even more stays. But since we're a vast global conspiracy, it's pretty obvious that the Queens County Supreme Court is part of us and our ill defined goals of, I'm not even sure...laughing at a retard? World domination through laughing at a retard? I wish Laur would give our cabal some clearly defined motive or purpose.

Please ensure he sees us thirsting for justice for Vincent and how baffled we are that the legal system has enabled you to run roughshod all over a minority property owner. The judge needs to see how rank and file Americans from every walk of life are looking at this mess and wondering why it New York is sanguine with career grifters stealing tens of thousands of dollars of housing from tax-paying citizens.
