If I'm ever close to Wyoming I'm going to make a trip to Casper, find his grave and pay my respects in person. I was driving earlier today and teared up a lot listening to his music. He was truly a unique person. This is a horrible shock.

I wanted to do a Cobra's Mist buuuuuuuuuuut the sicko in front of me at the store bought the last Blue Moon THEY HAD!! So I had to try it with Yuengling instead and you know, it's not half bad. While I may never have my own clock tower dream house, it's no skin off my shoes because this Cobra's Ling is exsquisid. Anyway, long live Ozzy. Long live Josh. And Fuck Sickos.

There's a good chance someone did, but you know local responders are hip to it at this point. This could be an actual example of crying wolf that contributed to someone's death.
 
When I read the community highlight my heart sank.
I'm not super well versed in the Cobraverse, Josh was someone I would check up on every few months, but he had this underdog aura, this endearing quality that made you cheer for him and want him to turn things around. And like any good lolcow, he was unintentionally funny. I don't believe he had an evil bone in his body, he was just a very quirky individual, stumbling clumsily through life, trying to figure it out. Minor PL but I have a cousin on the spectrum and Josh reminded me of him somewhat, probably helped me find him endearing.
You deserved better, Josh. I'm so sorry. Hope you're doing better wherever you are.
And Clint, I don't doubt he did the best he could with the situation and I hope he doesn't place any guilt on himself. Josh was a grown ass man, and if the grown ass man decides he wants shoot his foot off with a shotgun, you can't do anything about it without risking further alienation. Only Clint knows for how long he had to walk this very fine line and how hard it was.
