I don't think last time was an eviction notice, remember? He just got a "term of lease" where they didn't re-up his lease when it lapsed. And this time it may be a similar deal where they asked him, formally, to leave, but he's not fighting it so it won't show up as an "eviction" because, again, that's a legal process involving the courts, not just the landlord saying ok dude, you've got 30 days to fuck off.

I was one of the people that doubted he'd get evicted for a few loud nights. I was wrong, but I'm still genuinely shocked. This seems really extreme. People have screaming domestics in apartment complexes all the time. Maybe they were itching for a reason to kick him out because all the troles swatting/door dashing etc. was really annoying, but technically wasn't Josh's fault. Finally something happened that was his fault and they seized the opportunity.
