I am convinced he has no taste buds, and simply does this insane collections of slop as a means to pretend he has one.
I think he's got them, they're just defective. Maybe whatever he mushes together gets translated in his boglim brain as something delicious. On one hand it's kind of a blessing, on the other hand his brain won't tell him if he's drinking rotten milk or catfood.

That just sounds like that icelandic national dish, except even more retarded. At least the reasoning behind the rotted, fermented shark is it's literally poisonous to eat otherwise. Like the original potato from south america, it had to be frostbitten and ground-fermented/"prepared" before it was edible.
