We all have, it's the Conquistador Apartments. It's just an average apartment complex, it isn't some rundown dump. Also he hasn't shown anyone else that lives in the apartments aside from Ian, the only other person to ever show up there aside from Ian or Warlord on the regular was down the hill dave, who lived down the hill.

Yeah I just checked and Conquistador does not accept Section 8 vouchers... So these are just "regular" apartments, which isn't to say that it isn't low income housing...

I know it seems bizarre but Casper is one of the more popular places in the Midwest for ppl moving out of California.... More popular than you would think at least...

$800-$900 a month for a one bedroom is honestly the lowest rent you're really going to get anywhere these days without state rental assistance. I do think this is the top of the market and expect rents to go down over the next few years.
