I really don't understand how he's still allowed to overdraft and whatnot. Is it because when it ultimately comes down to it, Clint would have to threaten him with moving back home or go to a group home and he knows he won't follow through. I don't think there's much that Clint can do about it. Unless it's a joint account, he has no real control.
This overdraft issue has been going on for half a decade now, it's prompted the removal of his debit card and a conversation where they both agreed Josh cannot handle money well at all, so I imagine that if Clint could really do anything like pay for Overdraft Protection or disable overdraft functions on the account, he probably would. I'm willing to bet that he thinks this is as ridiculous as we do.
He's probably listed as the primary contact on the account or he has the details for his mobile banking app, so he can always check/know what's going on.

Do you really think that they are alcohol induced seizures? I've seen people post about it ITT and it seems like a plausible theory. Would he still have seizures like this when he's drunk though? I thought alcoholics only had seizures when they were experiencing alcohol withdrawal. Not trying to medical-fag up this thread but I am curious... I feel like the spice probably caused some unironic brain damage that could have led to him developing some sort of disorder or something....
I think it's also possible that he really does just have super super severe ADHD and this is just how he normally is when he's un-medicated. At this point he's a total lost cause imo but I do wonder what it would be like if he got sober and started taking ADHD medication. I wonder if he would go back to quick talking early 20s Josh... Probably not tbh

I posted about mini-focal seizures page or so back. They look just like his ‘system error’. He has a few clips out there where it is super obvious it’s not adhd. When you have them you can just freeze for a few seconds or even minutes — then you just continue on what you were doing none the wiser. Lotta issues cause them, some deeper than just alcohol abuse.
He’s a genetic sewer so anything is possible with him.
Given that this behavior is pretty recent and wasn't present even a year or two ago I suppose that seems likely.
He didn't drink daily before moving to his current apartment, so it would stand to reason that it's somehow connected.
Maybe it's just a decade of spice, alcohol and whatever else catching up with him.

If you do this consistently over the course of years, that'll compound and severely effect your cognition. It's even worse for someone like Josh, who didn't exactly start off with a lot of neurons to spare.

It's based entirely on what he says he's doing, so it's likely that he's actually drinking. But I don't know why he'd lie about it, he drinks so often that I doubt he'd deny it if he actually was.

Mr. lime just takes note of the days he’s drinking or buying alcohol on stream as far as I know. It’s more he’s not drinking *on camera* rather than an indication that he’s not drinking *at all*
Josh absolutely does not stop voluntarily for a break. He stops because he can’t afford alcohol and then makes it sound like it was his idea do not drink

He could still get them while he’s drunk imo. Total lack of B vitamins-thiamine. Probably doesn’t have any GABA left at all even when throwing gas station vodka towards his synapses.
