But anyway I speak Spanish (not a mexico though, so I have little to no understanding of their slang) and this is a great idea. The Spanish-speaking grupos autistas (autistic groups) on Facebook are full of major r.etards and I've always wanted to make a thread on them, but sadly they're closed 99% of the time so I don't know how to help. There's also cringy YouTubers like DalasReview or Edd00chan but there's no way I'm sitting through their shitty videos.

I think it would be nice to have an English subforum. A lot of our users seem to be American and European so it seems like we should have a place where we can discuss stuff like English-language sports and TV and music.

The point of this is specifically to have a foreign language thread. It doesn't need a translation. Just make a Portuguese thread.
 
I can do Spanish in all its variants (Latin American, European, Caribbean, etc). If you would like me to assist in the translation of text, captioning, etc. Let me know. I, sadly, cannot hunt for spanish language content, I barely have the time, plus I've never been good at finding lolcow-worthy material. =(

Forgot to add that I'm also versed in regional jargons, internet slang (Spanish internet slang), and insults. Lol.
 
my chinese is alright. i do have faith in the existence of chinese lolcows. if there was a chinese-language subsection of the site i would probably frequent it.
