They had every opportunity to address many of the allegations and answer for the things they did in their server before 007 nuked it out of guilt and to hide potentially worse criminal activity.

This was back in February and the most we got was him doing a thirty minute Rumble stream where he says he takes no responsibility and blames his subordinates. Worse, he didn't dox the offenders in The Shittening to appease our bloodlust.
