Is Jonathan actually paying his child support?
We actually don't know much about the details of why Miranda and Jonathan aren't together, not married, but still have Bentley.
This is a personal project I been working on in the background with other sleuths to see if we could maybe find some public records but it's been over a year now and either we aren't looking in the right places or talking to the right departments. The matter is probably too sensitive and information could be locked behind a lot of legal tape. At most all we can do is use context and piece together a rough idea of what is happening.
From the timeline we crafted,
something happened either before or after the birth of Bentley where Miranda, being the biological mother, made the choice to exclude Jonathan from having a part in her child's upbringing. Fancy way of saying "They broke up". Why did they break up?
We don't know. He could've been abusive to Miranda or maybe his lifestyle as a freshly charged drug dealer might have caused her to weigh the pros and cons of having a newborn around him.
At some point, some kind of agreement could have been made in a family court where Jonathan gets visitation rights and temporary access to his son unsupervised. From the way Jonathan describes it, sounds like he babysits and begrudgingly pays for his son's basic human needs when it's his turn. Food, shelter, new glasses, etc.
Now the hard thing to answer.
Does Jonathan pay child support? Well, without seeing his bank receipts
[which would be illegal, do not try it], we will never know. For the longest time we been trying to solve the mystery in a way that doesn't involve directly contacting Miranda or bothering anybody. Basically just a lot of public records digging and pulling strings.
Personally I would love to see Miranda speak with
@Osama Bin Laden on stream and share a ton of juicy Wigger laundry. But only if she ever decides to do so.
