Joe is someone you call a "Florida Man" not in a derogatory way, but an affectionate way. I've watched him on and off for years and something about him is endearing.

Reminder that Joe Winko is like 6’5 so he’s more like slenderman. But gay.
Like I said before Joe Winko is in a unique position where he’s deeply aware of the online attention and actively makes an effort to find new and bizarre ways to embarrass himself,yet he doesn’t come off as fake or disingenuous like that Lunamedia guy or any other wanna be infamy seeker. This I gave him the lolbull classification. An individual who revels and adores their lolcow status but instead of drying up and falling down a spiral of mediocrity they instead create a positive feedback loop of jeering and banter. The main key to this success is that JW doesn’t rely on the usual gaggle of internet trolls like most lolcow types. But rather goes out irl and on dating sites to stir up trouble and incidents . Ensuring consistent misadventures without having to deal with unfunny Alogs and Weens.
