lolcows hate embarrassment and will more often or not try and fail to conceal their eccentricities. For someone of his fitness it would have to be 1 to actually be affecting him in any major way, especially at his age. I'm pretty sure 2's effects would be minimal if not nonexistent practically since he is not obese.
