I think you're both right. I think long term, he's banking on his dad financially, like he'd done nearly his entire (professional) life.

However, I don't think Gay Jay's massive ego will let his dad just go quietly. I (admittedly bad at prediction) predict that before dad goes, there will be some massive clout farming. Fair, though scummy, for other channels. However, I similarly predict that this loser will spend less time with his dad in his final days than he does either farming clout, or molesting "rescue" animals. Not "and", "or". Mourning his dead dad will definitely be #3 on any given day.
 
Every time you guys start discussing his dad I am reminded Mald hates his mom so much he made her an enemy in his shitty game. He also never talks about her. If you need further proof of his mental illness, that ain't normal.

Ego and he isn't very employable for what he'd want to do. His entire career up until streaming ultimately ties back to being a Blizzard nepobaby. It's very well documented how terrible of a programmer he is so he can't go software or really any of the things he pretends he's good at. This is probably the end of the road for him professionally and nowhere else will he be showered in praise and attention or have absolute control like this.

I'm kind of interested to see what he does long term as the money dries up but he may have enough to coast for a decade unless Ferretschwitz eats it all up.

Also, it is well documented that Mald is just insufferable to be around with. given enough time he falls out with any community he's been a part of, individuals who worked with Mald in close proximity personally have nothing good to say about him, latest example being KhronosVII. I often wonder about the current state of his ferret rescue, given that we have evidence from his ex roommate that hygiene and general cleanliness are not priorities for Mald.

It is animal abuse I believe it's just hoarding because he finds ferrets attractive. Neglecting animals is animal abuse at least I consider it. Not sure what the law says. It's tragic and honestly he needs to be kept away from all animals

His Dad threw him out of the house. Just how insufferable do you have to be for your Dad to throw you out? I know if my parents were still around and I somehow lost my house, cars, and retirement and needed a place to stay until I got back on my feet, they'd be infuriated if I didn't immediately show up on their doorstep. They always said no matter what happened, my brothers and I would always have a place in their house. And yet, the ferret fucker has been cast out of his family.
