I hate to necro an old thread but figured you guys might like to see this as I literally just stumbled onto it. This dude reported Growly to an anime convention staff back in 2009. Didn't see it mentioned in the OP so here you go.

Holy shit, he really had it out for Growly. This is a conversation that took place on the morning of that report to the convention. This was at 8am UTC - email to con staff was at 16:50 UTC.

These take place on Wikifur shortly after it was uncovered Growly was trying to get a minor to send him nudes of the boy sucking his own cock. This got him banned off of Furaffinity.

Ashley ranted on twitter about Anime News Network's review of a queer manga they were into by a queer person. They wished that queer people would die or something because of how hateful queer people are about queer media. They wrote about this manga for Anime Herald a year ago and were very excited for it's official English release and were promoting it with a giveaway on Twitter.

Lynzee Loveridge, who was recently promoted to executive editor of ANN following the suicide of Zac Bertschy, didn't like what was being said and contacted the Anime Herald's editor-in-chief, who made them delete their tweets.
