Is this too good to be true? - A comet brighter than Ikeya-Seki of 1965?

Most predictions suggest this comet would be as bright as magnitude -3.5. But TimeandDate suggests it would be way brighter than the moon.

It's close proximity to sun doesn't actually matter here if it's this bright.
