Is it possible to cook steak only using the sun? - I have no kitchen appliances.

Recently my city banned cooking appliances due to climate change and is recently planning to nuke the sun. But is it possible to cook a steak with just the sun itself. (Tinfoil and Mirrors are also banned so no sun lasers).

Yeah but you have to get really close for it to be effective.
Try standing on a ladder (outside of course) and holding the steak up to the sun as high as you can.

The good thing with beef is that you don't need to cook it. You can eat it raw, and it's perfectly healthy.
Otherwise, look into sink steaks and hot sand frying

There's also leaving it in the car in a desert state like Arizona or Nevada.

If taking the question literally then that technically wouldn't be cooking using "only" the sun though.
