• Filing a suit on behalf of someone who didn't authorize it
• Failing to follow numerous court rules
• Being involved in the filing of material with fictionalized quotations on questions of law highly critical to the case
• Filing cases with no basis in fact or law
• Filing materially false affidavits (the fraudulent Ramsland affidavit which presented data from one state as that from another)
• Any number of other incidents of misconduct
