I have unironically spent my entire life autistically preparing for this and comparable scenarios. I have my rifle, sidearm, plate carrier, bug out bag and ghillie suit packed plus backups in my personal vehicle and spares for loved ones, a rendezvous point set with my friends and family, road and foot routes planned and practiced. I lift, run, ruck, camp and shoot regularly to keep the skills sharp and build experience. I have spent the last few days specifically looking into the health effects of cannibalism.

Not gonna power level too much, but me, my sons, and a few close friends have a similar plan in place. Ours is not a bug-out plan, but a shelter-in-place plan. Between us we have the training, the resources, and materiel to last out anything short of a "Walking Dead" type scenario.

As others have posted, I'm not all that concerned about the "anti-whites" amassing any sort of guerilla army. As demonstrated before, they are capable of random violence and spontaneous chimp-outs, and not much else. The real difference is that in South Africa, the blacks consisted of 75% of the population, not ~13% as they are in the United States. Even if you add African migrants that number isn't anywhere close to South African numbers.

Historically, we've seen the "Rooftop Koreans" in Los Angeles and if blacks went berserk and attack anyone who isn't black, they'd be simply outnumbered and outgunned from every other demographic in the country. In a doomsday scenerio like this the first order would be to clean house. Anyone not 100% motivated by racial solidarity needs to be "excommunicated" for the safety of the group. An alliance between whites and hispanics will only last until the blacks are gone, and after their first wave of violence they would be, as blacks have spent the majority of their post slave history building a counter culture to hard work and critical thinking.
