Logical option is he takes a plea deal, the defiant risky option I'm going with is that he doesn't admit guilt and tries to find something wrong with the search or warrant to get the charges dismissed. Maybe the no booze/drugs order will give him the mental acuity to think it over until August or whenever the hearing is.

IF he's able to maintain sobriety I think he'll probably get a cushy plea deal that will leave him not guilty to the gun and neglect charges, guilty to a lesser charge on drug possession.

If he gets more than 18 months probation I would be shocked.
I don’t know…25 grams of coke is a big deal. In my state that’s a mandatory minimum.

I think he'll just take whatever they offer probably end up agreeing to rehab and occasionally wellness-checks from CPS every few months for a couple years. And maybe not allowed to own firearms anymore.

I do not care, as I do not give a single solitary fuck about Sektur drama as it is all the same boring shit over and over again. Daniel Larson's arrest is way more interesting and it didn't get nearly as spammed on the community happenings as this case did.

realistically he will take a plea deal. most cases, as my understanding goes, tend to be plea deals.

but im rooting for nolo contendere as that is the most lolcow one. though him pleading not guilty and going to trial would produce the most amount of milk
Most plea deals require an actual "guilty" plea though, don't they? So nolo contendere is a meme answer that's basically guilty, but worse.
"I didn't do it, but there's no way I'm getting out of it" is a weird plea to even exist.

With his ego, he'll plead guilty

Fun scenario: He tries to represent himself

Kino dogme 2007: He tries to run to Mexico and gets a job at Ralph's torta shop

I'm more curious about the lolsuit he's currently dealing with Monegraph really has no reason to settle as Nick now has two things worry about. Usually once civil suits are allowed to go forward the one getting sued is at a disadvantage. Here Nick has to be worried since he's fighting two trials and he's already down trying to get charges dismissed

He's probably gonna get a very cushy plea deal. He will learn nothing and probably be arrested again. THEN he'll be sent off to the rape dungeons.
