I think that it's obvious that at some point or the other, Bella will have to be touched on briefly in any future Christory.
There's a fair chance that youtubers might skip over her involvement in Chris chan, or simply state the name of Moldevort, mention that there are allegations (or to give a shoutout to Kiwifarms, strong allegations) that her involvement had very malicious aims, and not give her too much focus.
A lot of the nasty things that she has done and that have largely been proven here don't necessarily tie directly to CwC, outside of further cementing IBJ's character to be a rather nasty one.
I would argue that an appropriate coverage of her would have a brief list of her allegations directly relating to Chris, reasons why these allegations may be valid or likely, and then to move on, with her as a side note. Her being into incest pornography and being a self-claimed pedophile, her extensive relationship with Chris chan that lasted over a year, screenshots of "Our plan was to get him to kill himself", plans to exploit Chris chan through filming him having sex with Fiona, and stealing money may be appropriate to mention.
It should also be important to note, that she did not leak the initial incest audio and she did not send this to the police. It was Fiona who leaked the audio to social media (including this site), and who she would afterwards attempt to frame for her own involvement in this affair, and attempted to keep her own identity secret. Bella attempted to hide her involvement and frame others, with the assistance of Sean Walker/Psychic Espeon/WCT/Wildcat/Neko, a former member of the Watchmen and another CwC troll, in her initial posts on the kiwifarms.
Perhaps some mention should be given to GiBi as well, who at the behest of Sean Walker feeding him misinformation (note, this was his "personal friend" and trusted integral lead on the story), doxed Fiona in his videos, until confronted about the misdirection by the Kiwifarms.
