I pretty much HAVE to multitask either 5 tasks at a time in 12 minute increments or 6 tasks at a time for 10 minutes. Thought rotation works like crop rotation where you get the "freshest" thought process on any given task at any given time. If I don't have a half a dozen things on my agenda, nothing gets done until I do.

I have no clue, I don't keep track, and it also depends on what state of mind I'm in.

Simple actions like that are no problem, the difficult parts would be reading something properly and with focus, while listening to 2 other things at the same time, and understand the 3 things at once.

Stuff like that, which I don't usually do because I prefer to focus on just 1.
