If you drive over it enough it will just kinda even out.

Use a backhoe or other type of heavy machinery excavator to dig up the width of the asphault surrounding the hole, until the entire area is effectively leveled to the same depth. Remember to wear a hard hat during this, and drink plenty of lemonade.
