How do I cut hole into pumpkin?

Can someone please link me to guide on how to cut hole into pumpkin? I try on my own, but I have cut at least three of my digits off trying to cut pumpkin into jack o lantern. Pls help.

I was going to suggest a carbide hole saw and drill press for heavy duty pumpkinwork in the shop but that's a good idea too.
