Tabasco is the tits. The hot sauce dildos who look down on it because it's too vinegary or whatever are totally missing the point, it's a solid way to add heat to a dish.
Heat and acidity is what most food is lacking and brother Tabasco brings both.
I know we all love the original Tabasco flavor, but I never really hear anyone talk about the other flavors.

I'm especially interested in the garlic flavor.

The Habanero Tabasco is excellent, hotter than regular, more fruit and less vinegar. I put it on salad, works very well.

That photo is missing the Scorpion Tabasco though, and everyone should be trying that one out IMO

What I like about it is you can liberally douse something in it and have it still be edible. I like the superhot sauces where you use them sparingly and they don't change the character of the dish, that is, you're not watering down the chili or whatever you're adding to, just adding some heat and a bit of flavor.

The scorpion Tabasco is great, it's hot so it satisfies the tongue masochist in me, but you can still taste whatever you put it on without the chemical/extract taste.

If the hot sauce shop has it when it opens, I'll have to get myself a bottle!
hot sauce shops usually sell boutique hot sauces like mad dog 357 and dave's insanities, specialty high scoville sauces that arent sold in supermarkets. you can get most tabasco varieties at your local grocers. hot sauce stores also sell weak sauces with misleading names. caveat emptor.

Man's so hyped up about the hot sauce shop he'll mess around and become an employee, selling the hot sauce wares to weary travelers.
I would honestly be 100% down to work at the place, being a snake oil salesman but with hot sauce instead.

Green (Jalapeno) Tabasco
Gochujang (whatever random brand I bought because they had a small tub available)
Sriracha
Whatever random Taco Bell packets I have

I guess I should finally come clean, since I've been admittedly pretty vague about what this 'hot sauce shop' is. It's Chilly Chiles, a Canadian brand and one I've really loved since I discovered it at a mall close by to my town. The location used to be a saddlery (don't ask) before it closed down, and I've been really hyped ever since I found out what would come to replace it.

I've practically been stopping by daily just to see if it was open, IT WILL CONTINUE.
