When you succeed in finding a new cow, it's rewarding to immediately dig up as much info as possible on them, and the sudden onslaught of new content is often overwhelming. It took years to dig through Chris's past, and a wiki had to be created to track it all. However, once the cow is more than half "known", it takes longer and longer to find previously unknown content.
That's what's happned with Phil. It happened with Chris, it's happened with nearly every other cow. We get used to waking up and finding our daily Tard fix, but you have to get used to the idea that Phil, Chris, and the other top cows are a slow burn. Don't look for fireworks, just wait, secure in the knowledge that their own stupidity will pay off. Read Chris' forums over the long haul, and you'll see months of "Chris is boring now! He posts pokemon stuff on Facebook. Should we troll him?" and people ask if Chris is "over". Then, after six months of nothing, he burns down his house. Or maces a guy. Or tries to find his old gal-pals. Months of boredom are rewarded with another huge rush of content.
This is the case with Phil. He's quiet now. Let him be quiet, don't be a spaz and try to get "content" from him... he will give it of his own accord in good time.
