I make nothing at this point in my life. My standing prerogative is to find someone who has something pre-made and get that.
But my life is kind of fucked up (I don't have a family so I went on vacation instead), so your mileage may vary.

I have always wanted to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal of Turkey, Gravy, Stuffing and such. Sadly where I live (Brazil) turkeys aren't common. I can only get christmas one which come frozen already seasoned with brine and shitty spice mixes or country/free range ones, which sounds great but these are very different breeds from the american ones being much tougher. I tried to use one once and the result was a bit dry and tough as shit. Had to salvage it later by using it on a stew (which is what it is normally sold for).

HuppyThamks GIbingI made a whole dinner yesterday for my family to celebrate before we visit inlaws today.
I made turkey, mashed potatoes, bread, salad, green bean casserole, baked Mac And cheese (which was actually worth it), apple pie and my husband made a really good cheesecake.
