I am unfamiliar with canned gourmet seafood, is this something you buy or did a family member can it? What do you make with it?

I’m in the pan handle seafood is a bit foreign but I like it.

I think my mom got it from a specialty store when she was out of town for a wedding. I didn't know those kinds of places existed either. I usually put the contents on pizza or just eat em out of the can as a snack. You can definitely use them for a lot of recipes though.

Apart from the liturgy (I love the vigil, especially the Genesis readings, male and female He created them), what I loved was seeing my 21 year old medical student daughter, skipping out the front door to find the eggs I had hidden, with her siblings, clutching the cheap basket I bought her 20 years ago from a Walmart type store.

Lamb, red wine, homemade pavlova, Jesus saves and all is good. 😊
