Halal rules

I've seen it mentioned, but are there actual halal rules anywhere? From what I've seen it's just "talk to staff and get permission."

You weren't kidding about rare, ~11 in the last 5 years.

Really, the number of primary halalcows (ie., people who are lolcows because of something directly related to their behavior on KF) is even lower. A lot of people who end up getting halal'd are just regular lolcows, or occasionally even minor public figures, who end up inadvertently bringing themselves to the forum's attention. Starting a thread based primarily in on-site drama is generally a bad idea unless it's a very special case.
