Why did this retard choose St. Martin of all places?!
I love SXM, best food in the Caribbean but holy hell, half of it is considered EU. The other half is Dutch, both of whom are friendly with the US. They will arrest your ass and its not that far from the US. There are Sicilian mafia people that run the casinos on the Dutch side who also commit insurance fraud but they keep a low profile. You know Uncle Sam and the feds wants a trophy to mount on their wall if one of their own stole from them.
He should have gone to the middle east, Russia or Asia and lived like a king. Ffs, even Iran would have been a better pick. Dumbass.

So exactly how technically competent are these people? I'll definitely concede that they seem extremely well-connected with each other and resourceful, but so far I've not really seen anything that highlights anything remotely comparable to true technical sophistication. Their M.O seems to be comprised of, for 99% of cases, social engineering and I guess by extension phishing? It does baffle me that there's people out there who can seemingly springboard those narrow set of techniques into generational wealth, even if they're by criminal means. Fantastic thread by the way @Relinquish well done!
