Here is my educated guess:
Phil is somewhere between 200-230. He's a pretty short person (somewhere around the mid 5' range) and because of this he doesn't need a whole lot of weight to be considered obese in proportion to his height. Also, because fat is less dense than muscle and takes up more space, its possible to be around 220lbs and still be obese because of his short stature.

I make 6 figures as a traveling carny working weight booths at county fairs. And I can say with certainty that Phil is 5'9" and between 280-285lbs.

About five years ago I maxxed out at 250 pounds and I wasn't nearly as blubbery as him. So if he's 202, then I'm -1i pounds because that's just as believable.

Who gives a shit? ADF doesn't.
If ADF cared about the possibility he was going to actually die of complications due to his obesity (ADF really is killing himself, just not in a dramatic fashion), he'd do something about it, and we'd never hear of it, because he'd be too busy properly taking care of himself.
