So...Hermione Granger copy, snake oil saleskid (who based on the colors almost certainly is heavily borrowing from a certain pony cartoon who already did that episode plot), and...I'm gonna go out on a limb and speculate that's a redrawn mage of some sort from a Final Fantasy game.
I was about to complain about the lack of brothas in the picture (and GA for that matter) but the concept of a kid conning others kids with snake oil sold me.

I think Mr.Enter said on a stream some time ago that maybe one of Sally's friends was going to be black. But it was a while ago, so I can't be too sure.

You know, there was a slacker character named Steve on Rugrats.

Now, I think, he's copying entire characters from other shows.

So having black characters with flaws is racist?

This explains why so many attempts to add diversity to cartoons fail.

I'm guessing because it's because Steve's a slacker, and having, him be black would imply that blacks are lazy. As a black person myself, though, I wouldn't mind it.

Honestly it can go either way. Just having a typical slacker character, fine. Having that being a sole characteristic and how he handles the dialogue can make it insanely racist. It's a tight rope to walk and while kind of cowardly I get why you would think twice about the character.

Doesn't explain why the many other characters couldn't be black though.

Perhaps it's just a very unfortunate habit cartoon makers, writers, and other people in the media have.

Not to sound racist, but it's MrEnter not taking risks again. He doesn't want a single implication that he's racist, even though the race of a cartoon character doesn't make him racist as a whole.

Mr Enter cant write a good plot or tight characters, but i highly doubt he's racist. Perhaps he/she was removed for utilitarian purposes....
