My unhelpful opinion is that I like what I've seen of the art direction. Vice City is probably my favourite game in the series so I like seeing them build on that colourful style and aesthetics. Florida is just an interesting place on a visual level.
Gta VI will be the game that will reveal if gaming mega bloat budgets and development times with absurd pricing and micro transactions will still be profitable in current state of gaming and economy. Normies will be happy to still 80$ to 100$ for the game since it's GTA and people dumped so much money in GTA V multiplayer. I can't see any other game that can attract that price in this economy.
