We already know from Eric's blogs the "vacation" will consist of eating at Cheesecake Factory three or four days in a row. You gonna log that stuff into your hobbit 6-meals calorie plan Amber?

The irony is that the "weight loss journey" is part of the downward spiral. She tells herself that it's OK to eat whatever she wants because she's on a "journey" and one day, she'll lose the weight. It's just part of the denial to continue doing what she's always done, there was never going to be any weight loss.
