That reminds me of a quote from the 2008 - 2012 days. Back then, transtesticle porn performer Amy Daly would call into the show, and Ghost would grudgingly concede that "at least he/she's capitalizing".

The almighty shekel is Ghost's god, and it ultimately informs all his judgments.

He still does.

Literally every show he does he dedicates at least 10 minutes to pissing and moaning about anime and how [Current bad thing] is the fault of anime, weebs, and people who enjoy gaming for some reason - and if you disagree then you're wrong, a weeb, a manchild, or some other flavour of faggot.

He also mentions gay people, gay acts, or makes reference to his fans being gay every show.

We should really make an updated TGS/TCR bingo card for 2025. I'd suggest a drinking game, but there's so many things like this each show I'd be genuinely concerned about the health of the community afterwards.

Count Binface is pretty cringe. Most of the trolls who use Ai are pretty cringe too. back in the hay day of TCR/TGS Trolls actually put effort into trolling ghost. like splicing audio into something funny via tools like Audacity. Or coming up with hilarious characters like Ghetto Capitalist, Tubguy, the guy who pretended to be the grandson of Buzz Aldrin, And Asho.
 
As usual, he's walking back some of the customary "fuck you the show's over" stuff on X (and I saw him unban a bunch of the higher-profile Vaughn chat members around the same time) while also swearing off any future TGS movie nights:

We've been here before, he usually folds on that too. Probably for good reason - he's usually in a much better mood once the movie gets going and the loudest shit-talkers have reined it in for the night, and it's probably a healthier way for him to wrap up these long shows if he isn't going to do anything to curb their ridiculous runtimes. Tonight probably wouldn't have been any different if he'd just ignored the mostly harmless Robocop trolling, but I guess the K-On and animecon sperging from the usual suspects was the straw that broke the camel's back. I guess it's a good thing that he's trying to cut back on the drinking, but again, we've been here before. Maybe this time the resolution will stick... 🌈
