4* weapon widsith is great in general, yae is a normal dps who wants as much, em, atk, crit and electro damage as she can get, any weapon that gives those are good. Normally you build her with atk/elec/crit and use either gilded dreams for EM+atk or golden troupe for skill damage. Most of the time her burst is a dps loss.
If you got her C1 and you are playing with sandrone then you can ignore electro goblet because stellar dmg doesn't use dmg bonus and she already gets it from C1 anyway so you build her with atk or em / atk / crit, and the new stellar conduct set is stronger, but not by much if you dont want to farm it. I c2 makes the totem stronger and bridges the gap further.
I'm thinking about getting yae too at this point because my sandy will probably feel thrash without her but if i get qiqi and it costs >160 again i might actually punch the screen.

His name is Ao Yin / Valko and he is meant to be a wolf man husbando in Love and deep space, but LaDs is a weird game because since release the game only have five main husbandos aka "love interests". Valko is the first time they added a new main love interest, and he was meant to release on 6.0, symbolizing the sixth one. (edit i am wrong thing, it seems one or 2 were added after release before valko)
But Valko obviously stands out compared to Lads cast of asian twinks... by having his jaw be a little more square and wolf ears.
-Being a wolf man, he's intended to exploit that as a fetish, having to "hold down that sex lust" and be tamed by the player, etc. But chinese women felt that shit was too western and not china so they didnt like his design and theme, seeing his as a furry gay rapist (reduntant i know).
-Valko is part of the enemy faction so they hated the idea of the MC hanging out with this "villain" who indirectly hurt their husbandos.
-The other husbandos hasn't been getting much content for a while and valko got pushed, so players took it as the devs forgetting the old ones to push the new guy.
-Another huge reason for the backlash is that, simply by existing, Valko completely changes the gacha system by addint an extra drop. Before him you had 20% of getting any guy, with him it drops to 16.7%.
I'll point out that this wasn't just "some people salty it is what it is lol". They lost over million followers over all platforms and people were targeting the dev studio, sending them funeral flowers, "cursed objects" and actual shit.

But none of that is inherently worth absolute cancelling right? The reason (theorized) for the cancel is presumably cause, guess what, the chinese mainstream media got involved.
Players started reporting on some stuff in the game having an A-0731 number, which reminded them of unit 731, a place where japan developed biological and chemical weapons for war (edit: and some very unethical war crimey experiments), but was seemingly just a random number. But ya know how china can be with these things (1989).
It also got mass reported to be a "threat against women's safety" because Valko is a super rapist and Lads promotes rape, with fake screenshots and shit.
This whole drama ended being reported on the news, which, as snowbreak shows, probably got Big Boss CCP on the call and they told the devs to delete Valko from existence and act like this never happened.
That was what the devs did and they promised to never add a new love interest again.
