Finished the first two parts of the Lantern Rite quest and why do I find it so fucking funny that planting mint is considered an "epic prank bro" by two adepti. Happily cackling like the easily amused 'tard I am. Kinda made up for burning 140 pulls to get Zibai due to an unwanted Deyha appearance.

You have two mandates for every gacha game these days.

Mc with amnesia and the illusion of choice in dialouge. Anything else and you get your money back.

In regards to NTE, even the characters look boring as fuck.

As it is with eveything I'll give it a try out of curiosity but I don't have high hopes.

One has to wonder if they took inspiration from ZZZ and instead of copypasting Yixuan's outfit, they copypasted the suit and the fucking thigh strap.

They all have a thigh strap on the exact same leg at about the exact same height. Huh?

They also gave a fuck ton of compensation in the mail, pull currencies and some stuff you use to craft gear. Meaning I can finally equip Wulfgard and his four ears with lvl 50 gear.

I literally can't even claim my crafting parts because I already made 8k of them. My unbuilt characters are going to have an early as fuck Christmas this weekend with all the crafting I have to do(the fuck am I playing, FFXIV?)
 
Those parts did me a solid as I was running low. I chose Pog from the selector and I adore him. I also lost my 50/50 on the Leav banner but at least to was a character I wanted.

It baffles me how hoyo is so overprotective of genshin and star rail image that they can't even release skins without being in character designs, canon story quest and it's own lore but somehow decided that Blade swinging a light saber at Miku Hatsune and flossing after is okay.

I mean, it will be funny lol.

If you care about power (and you should in current hsr even as casual), Kafka and new Sparkle are the obvious picks. You need kafka to make dot viable and post buffed sparkle generates an absurd amount of skill points now, i think both got good E1 and E2 too. If you *really* like acheron this might be your only chance to get her E2 in a while.

Rappa was allowed outside the basement. Ruan Mei is getting a free skin that looks too much like her outfit. Trailblazer is getting paid skin that swaps his yellow for red and some paid hats.

Okay so Rover is like "Joan of Arc, thank you for your salvation," and both she and I are like huh? Was this when she showed her stupid face for the first time during 3.0? The fuck she do?

Appearently she used her digital ghost magic to help us save Mornye in the last patch.

It's kinda weird how familiar she and I are with each other. I 100% missed something because she's acting like we're best friends, and I have no idea who this bitch is.

So Rover is goes to Lucilla like "Yeah, I saw this pink haired twat in class, but no one else can see her, and she fucked off suddenly like she heard the IRS outside her door."

Lucilla is not like "You're schizo. Please get admitted."

She's like, "It's been 84 years since I've heard that name. She was the best fucking EVA pilot ever until she just up and vanished one day. Go investigate because I can't be assed."

She's disturbingly chill about it. Like woman, aren't you gonna care that your student who vanished a decade ago is suddenly fucking around as a ghost?

Idk, I guess I expected more of a stronger reaction since the flashback seems to establish that Lucilla was there at the academy when yardsale Cyrene fucked off to parts unknown so I was hoping that she'd be a little more...emotive. DIY Cyrene too. She may not have been super close to Lucilla but she's so hung up on Rover and not...watching all her classmates and teachers go on without her.

And I get the feeling that it won't even be a factor at all. This bitch will focus all her efforts on Rover becuase heaven forbid these characters exist without Rover.

Anyway, we go to investigate the cockpit where Temu Cyrene.exe vanished but suddenly fucking HSR SAM goes on the attack, and for a change, the female character saves us.

It turns out that Shein Cyrene (Sheirene or Cyshein if you will) is dead, and we're in the sixth sense where we talk with dead people. It's her digital ghost floating around (her words). She sacrificed herself to seal away the Threnodian,

But now she's sick of being a ghost so she wants an actual body.

She's also Annoyingly flirty....like Cyrene
