Hello.
I bought a pie pumpkin, but I don't know how to turn the pumpkin into pie. I've only ever used cans.

Remove the stem and insides, keep the seeds for roasting if you want, throw away the spaghetti-like parts. Slice it and don't peel it. Bake the slices, and then peel. Then you mash the baked pumpkin and use it like you would canned pumpkin.
