Firstly, is there a single case of a woman buddytrolling to the point of pumping out a trog? The closest thing I can think to this was Jessica/NAL who got tangled up in KingCobra, but that was trolls matchmaking and Jessica being so fucking batshit crazy she would've totally had a kid with Cobes just to try and trap him, rather than to troll him. The buddy trolls involving themselves with Nova do not seem to want to have ANY physical contact with him at all, they get as many degenerate recordings of him as they can then drop them on the internet for clout, like Nova is on the same level of physical repulsiveness as Chris Chan and I feel his trolls feel the same.
Secondly, as someone else has touched on, Nova has a hormonal imbalance which likely means his sperm consistency and potency is effected by proxy, this could render him incapable or near-incapable of having children, we could be talking sperm counts so low it would take a miracle for him to get someone pregnant, while it doesn't entirely wipe the possibility off the board (Since realistically, it's a numbers game and there's probably enough people who score a lottery win from only buying 1 ticket ever), it does lend one to believe it's going to be damn near impossible.
Third, Nova simply doesn't have the gumption to get a partner who isn't some online (underage) chick, it's clear he doesn't try to date anyone in his local area (As I imagine we'd be seeing tinder/grindr/matchmaker (etc) profiles of his appearing online - But someone SHOULD check Barq! just in case he has one there) and so only dates via people reaching out to him on TikTok messenger (if that exists.. I imagine it does? I don't use the app so I wouldn't know) or discord. The upside here is those who do are underage (or at the least, pretend to be) and cannot feasibly get to him (As they do not drive or have a means to do so) and he cannot drive or fly to meet them, so he's completely SOL for getting a partner even online.
The only way this might occur is if trolls were to try to pull what they did with NALxKCJFS.. But I don't see that happening.

From my remembering, she knew vaguely of Josh and it was people in her audience/trolls who kept bringing him up to her, trolls then set to work matchmaking them especially when she went on about going out to fuck him if trolls paid her. But either you're fucking with me or you're revising history when it comes to Cobes, he was notoriously a slob, his kitchen always looked gross and his room(s) (that were on camera) had very thick visible layers of dust and he was constantly dropping shit everywhere (Mainly booze). He also smoked (and did other substances) as well as not performing any real bathing himself, we know Jessica would spend a lot of time attempting to clean the place over and over each time she visited but we have little to indicate how effective it was (Since it always looked the same very quickly after). Now, it should be said, Cobra is "Cleaner" than Nova by the single virtue of him not being a hoarder, but this isn't because Cobra was "Better" than Nova in that regard, just Cobe's priorities weren't on "Buying things" it was on buying alcohol and cigarettes, where as Nova spends all his money on garbage.

Cobes barely could put two things together and even when Cyrax or Gage was superchatted/named to Cobes he'd just call them a sicko and then thank whatever dent sent him money. Before Jessica, he still had the wear withall to go through the motions of cleaning up the apartment, yeah his stove and pans were in disrepair, but he did the bare minimum around the apartment. I’ve had a few arguments and disagreements with @Galeocerdo in the past, and based on the posts I’ve seen from them, I think the issue is more that they struggle to articulate their thoughts and criticisms than anything else. I think they’re probably autistic, lol.
