Annoying your city council is almost worthless if they want Flock, they will not suffer your complaints and the cops will quickly throw you out/arrest you for daring to question your betters during their royal court. If city council doesn't want Flock they'll just agree and quickly rid the town of the cameras regardless of your input. The only recourse for a Flockcucked citizenry is to break shit until they stop putting them back up. Even better that it deeply cuts into their precious bloated budgets, they'd never care if there weren't financial blowback from their policies
